Here are some hints to help you get the most from our site

Find your way around quickly using the sitemap page - Purple buttons are Web Pages, Green buttons are PDFs to download

Much of the information on this site is delivered by way of downloadable PDFs (Portable Document Format files), also known as Acrobat files. You need a special reader in order to access these files which is usually already installed on most PCs.

If you don't have it, however, you can download and install it from here: Acrobat Reader.

Just follow the online instructions and then try opening our PDF again when you have Acrobat Reader installed.

If you have difficulty reading the general text on our pages you can use your keyboard to quickly enlarge the text size  - Just hold the command key and tap the + key a couple of times until the text is of a comfortable size for you to read.
