Standing on the site of the former Port Talbot Railway and Docks Company headquarters and Royal Buildings, Customs House comprises 46 apartments for social rent with 9 apartments specially adapted for wheelchair users.
Work started on the £4.2m project in June 2012 and was completed in early 2014.
The development provides much needed affordable housing in Port Talbot and forms an integral part of our ongoing regeneration of the town.
All of the apartments have now been let, with a local supermarket now occupying one of the commercial units on the ground floor.
The development was officially opened by the Housing Minister for Wales, Carl Sergeant in April 2014.
Jubilee Court stands on the site of the former Vivian Park Hotel and was completed in September 2010.
It comprises 20 one bed units and 8 two bed units over three floors with two commercial units to the ground floor.
All of the apartments are now occupied and both of the commercial units are now home to local businesses.
